Born and raised in the Greater Philadelphia area, Sydnei was diagnosed with ADHD in her sophomore year of high school. Despite her struggle with a learning difference, Sydnei went on to attend college at Temple University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Media Studies and Production. It was here that she discovered and fell in love with Eye to Eye’s mission, serving as a mentor for one year and a chapter leader for two years. Outside of the office, Sydnei is a writer, videographer, and a self-proclaimed foodie who enjoys learning and trying new things.

At one point in time, I struggled to accept my ADHD. I felt embarrassed and did not want people to label me or view me as incapable. Eye to Eye gave me the courage to not only speak on my own experience but help others be comfortable and proud to share theirs.
Being surrounded by people who are genuinely passionate about changing the world for the better.
