If ever there is a tomorrow where we are not together, there is something you must always remember…You are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think."

Why this Work is Important To Me

I have loved ones very close to me who are part of the LD and ND communities, and I saw firsthand some of the struggles, stigmas, and challenges they faced as students and as working adults. As an educator, I saw the unequal access to educational opportunities within the schools I worked with, and the need for change at an institutional level to get all students the support they need to see success. I am passionate about being part of a mission that advocates for leadership, community, and support for the young learners of today.
