Josh is our Senior Partnerships Manager and specializes in business development, project management, and training the trainer coaching. He has acquired his skill set over a twelve-year career, serving customers in the EdTech, higher education, and nonprofit sectors.

Josh is passionate about the partner experience, relationship building, and creating access for underserved populations. He has dedicated his career to identifying and driving opportunities for others – from higher education institutions and school districts needing additional content offerings, to unemployed youth needing to gain marketable skills. Josh utilizes his consultative sales knowledge and skills gained while working with progressive education-focused organizations to offer tailored solutions that add value and provide impact.

Originally from Brooklyn, N.Y., Josh is a lifelong advocate and champion for underrepresented learners. He is a first-generation high school and college graduate, understanding firsthand many of the challenges students encounter throughout their educational journeys. Josh attended the State University of New York – Purchase College, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Sociology. In 2010 Josh relocated to Dallas, Texas where he currently resides with his wife and children. As a die-hard New York sports fan, he follows his teams closely from Texas and vows to never root for the Dallas Cowboys!

Why this Work is Important To Me

As a first-generation high school and college graduate, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges our youth face in their educational journeys. As such I have dedicated my career to being an advocate for and champion of underrepresented overlooked student populations. To be part of a team that advances educational equity through effective and impactful programs and services is exciting – there’s an invaluable joy I experience every day with my work!

Favorite Part of My Job

Every day I’m entrusted with the mission of boldly sharing Eye to Eye’s story and achieving our goal of empowering the parents, schools, and communities that dedicate themselves to unlocking greatness in the 1 in 5 who learn differently. Hearing, sharing, and creating success stories about how Eye to Eye is impacting lives is my favorite part of the work I do!
