About Samantha
Samantha (she/her/hers) comes to us via the MN Timberwolves and Lynx, where she helped manage the CRM & database systems. Prior to that, she was at College Possible, a college access non-profit where she held many positions, including AmeriCorps high school coach, data & program coordinator, and Salesforce Manager, where her love for analytics first grew.
A first-generation college student, Sam earned her B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Lawrence University and her M.B.A. from Augsburg University with a focus in Data Analytics. Outside of work, you can find Sam reading, enjoying Minnesota winters, and spending quality time with her dog, friends, and family.

Why this Work is Important To Me
It’s crucial that all young people have equal opportunities for academic and career success. As a first-generation college student, I would not be where I am today without the help of key mentors in my life. I want to do what others did for me and empower students to lead their life with purpose, intention, and action.
Favorite Part of My Job
The best part of my work is to be able to showcase qualitative stories (individual, group, and organization) through data, and share overall impact in a clear, quantitative way.
