Jeremy (he/him/his) has been serving in various mission-driven organizations since his time at the University of Washington where he supported students from historically underserved backgrounds in their journeys to and through college. After graduating with a B.S. Degree in Biochemistry, Jeremy served two years as a full-time AmeriCorps National Service member, first at the University of Washington’s Dream Project and later at College Access Now, where he continued his passion for service in support of students and their families.

After his AmeriCorps service was over, he made the transition into a career in nonprofit operations and human resources serving as the Operations & Human Resources Coordinator at College Access Now for two years before joining Altius Institute for Biomedical Sciences where he served as a Payroll & Accounting Specialist and later Staff Accountant over the course of six years. Jeremy understands how important it is to tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of the individuals and communities you serve and strives to ensure all policies, processes and resources here at Eye to Eye are fully accessible and inclusive to all.

Outside of work Jeremy enjoys watching his two favorite soccer teams, the Seattle Sounders and Tottenham Hotspurs, and getting out into the outdoors by camping, backpacking and hiking.
