Reframing The Emotional Issues of ADHD
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is considered a behavioral disorder. But kids or teens with ADHD often have a hard time controlling their emotions. They might have angry outbursts or zone out when they’re upset. A few minutes later, they may act like nothing happened.
Create an environment where your child can succeed. They might have trouble writing a long essay or sitting in their desk for hours. But they might be good at creative projects, music, sports, computers, or certain subjects at school.
